For those in need of highly structured counseling, we have created the 4 week wellness plan. This is our most intensive plan, and is designed to increase the client's knowledge of addiction recovery skills, and overall emotional wellness.
"The four-week wellness plan utilizes methods and techniques that I personally use to manage emotional wellness. The plan consists of 10 clinically tested recovery components."
One of the unique aspects of this plan is the flexibility afforded the counselor and patient to adjust, change, add, or subtract various components as needed.
"In other words, you can follow my plan, or I will help you build your own. However, two principles remain consistent, abstinence from alcohol and any other drugs of abuse, and a desire and effort to increase emotional wellness."
Appropriate for those that have already been detoxed, as well as those who are being prescribed Suboxone or other opioid replacement medications for the treatment of opiate addiction.
Although the plan is practiced at home, there are video and telephone check-ins available with your counselor.
Each week two to three individual face to face sessions, and one video or telephone counseling session are scheduled with your counselor.
The plan utilizes daily assigned readings and written work in the form of self-reports and personal inventories.
The Ten components of The Wellness Counseling Plan
Thought for the day: Helps to establish a recovery mindset throughout the day.
Daily self-report: Keeps feelings from becoming withheld and helps keep life’s events in perspective.
Walk to wellness/yoga/exercise: Promotes physical and emotional healing in multiple ways.
The recovery workbooks: Strategies to increase quality of sobriety, and promote ongoing recovery.
Midday relaxation: Helps manage stress and anxiety, reduces feelings of being overwhelmed.
Counseling sessions: Three sessions per week to process daily events and learn new coping skills.
Enjoyable sober activity: Feed the soul, pamper self, adds passion and fun to recovery.
Recovery support meetings: Identify that you are not alone, offers a chance to give and receive help.
Personal inventory: To keep recovery on track, correct mistakes, and improve accountability.
Evening relaxation therapy: Releases accumulated daily stress and promotes a good nights sleep.

The cost of the plan for 4 weeks is $660. Weekly payment options of $165 are available. All reading materials, forms, workbooks, recovery downloads, apps., and counseling sessions are provided by Recovery Consulting Service and included in the price.
